  • Cyberflashing or sending of unsolicited obscene images should be made a new offence as the existing legislations could be ineffective at criminalising it, a UK govt review recommends.
  • It noted that UK adults, on average, spent over 4 hours online each day.
  • That made cyberflashing “coercive sexual intrusion by men into women’s everyday lives.”
